Meet Marco Quiceno – Operations Manager at Clearspace

From Global Projects to Managed Offices

Before joining Clearspace, Marco built his career across customer service, operations and project management, supporting global social media platforms in fast-paced international environments.

Working with cross-functional teams strengthened his organisational skills, taught him the importance of adaptability and reinforced a simple philosophy that continues to guide him today: put people first and always look for practical ways to improve the customer experience.

Those experiences naturally led him to Clearspace, where he now helps ensure our managed offices operate efficiently while supporting both clients and colleagues every day.

As Operations Manager, Marco enjoys making sure every detail is taken care of so our clients can focus on running and growing their businesses.

  • Sometimes it might be good to meet in another office and enjoy the walk together to that location as all our locations are very close and usually a park or canal can be visited on the way!
